Commercial & Municipal Concrete Services in Phoenix & Statewide
APC delivers concrete scope for general contractors, developers, and municipalities across Arizona. From sidewalks and ADA ramps to structural foundations and site concrete, we build to spec, on schedule, and inspection-ready. ROC #364552.
Commercial Sidewalks & Flatwork in Phoenix, AZ
We install and replace commercial sidewalks and flatwork built to municipal and ADA specifications. Formwork, jointing, finish, and cure practices are executed to hold up under public and site traffic, meet slope tolerances, and pass inspection on the first walk.
For GCs and site supers, we coordinate with your schedule, mobilize quickly for tie-ins, and keep the pour area clean and safe. Detailed submittals, mix designs, and jointing plans are provided when a project requires them.
Curb & Gutter Installation in Phoenix, AZ
Vertical curb, roll curb, valley gutter, and spillways poured to line and grade with disciplined form-setting and finishing. Every job is built to the governing municipality's standard details and inspected before pour to protect the schedule.
We work directly with project managers and public works inspectors on submittals, batch tickets, and pour sequencing. Removal and replacement of failed curb sections is completed with clean saw cuts and proper bonding for a long-lasting repair.
ADA Ramps & Accessibility Improvements in Phoenix, AZ
ADA truncated-dome ramps, detectable warning surfaces, cross-slope corrections, and pedestrian access route upgrades built to current ADAAG and PROWAG guidelines. Slopes, landings, and running slopes are shot and verified before finish.
We handle standalone accessibility upgrades and larger site retrofits for property owners, GCs, and municipalities. Deliverables include compliant details, clean transitions to existing hardscape, and inspection-ready documentation.
Concrete Paving in Phoenix, AZ
Commercial concrete paving for parking lots, drive lanes, dumpster pads, loading zones, and industrial sites. Subgrade prep, reinforcement, jointing, and pour sequencing are engineered around traffic loads and long-term performance.
We coordinate mix design, testing, and inspection scheduling with your project team. Phased work keeps portions of the site in operation during construction where the schedule requires it.
Foundations & Structural Concrete in Phoenix, AZ
Footings, stem walls, slab-on-grade, thickened slabs, equipment pads, and structural elements poured from approved plans. Rebar layout, embed placement, and elevations are verified prior to pour.
Experienced formwork and finishing crews deliver square, plumb, and level foundations ready for framing, steel, or MEP tie-ins. We coordinate with inspectors on required special inspections and testing.
Retaining Walls & Structural Concrete Walls
Cast-in-place retaining walls, site walls, and structural concrete walls built to spec with engineered reinforcement, drainage, and waterproofing details.
We handle formwork, ties, embeds, and finishing to deliver a straight, sound wall on schedule. Coordination with excavation, waterproofing, and backfill subs keeps the sequence tight.
Excavation, Grading & Site Concrete in Phoenix, AZ
Cut, fill, subgrade prep, and finish grade for concrete work. Site concrete scope including pads, aprons, splash pads, generator pads, HVAC pads, and utility structures.
We self-perform enough of the site work to keep your concrete package on schedule and avoid the handoff delays that stall multi-trade projects.
Concrete Demolition & Replacement in Phoenix, AZ
Selective demolition of failed sidewalks, curbs, aprons, slabs, and pavement. Clean saw cuts, controlled removal, haul-off, and repour to current spec.
We match jointing and finish to adjacent work, protect surrounding hardscape, and turn the area back over ready for use with minimal disruption to tenants or the traveling public.

Case Note
Remote Off-Grid Home Foundation — Williams, AZ
Northern Arizona site with no on-grid power, limited water, unimproved access, and a long haul-in from the nearest ready-mix plant. The scope covered footings, stem walls, and a slab-on-grade built from stamped plans on a schedule set by the framer's mobilization.
We staged materials, coordinated pour windows around mixer travel time, and executed the pour with a crew equipped for off-grid conditions. Layout, embed placement, and elevations were verified before pour so the framer walked onto a foundation that was square, level, and true — no correction work required.
This is the kind of site where planning, communication, and finishing discipline separate a foundation that lands right from one that costs the builder days of rework. If your project sits outside easy reach of the metro, we're prepared for it.
